Her creative dances regularly place in the overall top 10 at competitions and many have received Most Entertaining Awards, Choreography Awards, and High Score of the Day Awards. In addition, her routines have been selected by the judges to be displayed on the competition’s websites. One of her most treasured moments was when her hip hop routine won the Grand Championship at Nexstar Dance Competition’s Big Show in Pigeon Forge TN, a huge accomplishment for dancers, studios and instructor/choreographers!

Throughout her career, Brenna has taken numerous master classes from some of the best in the industry: Nappytabs, Misha Gabriel, Jamal Sims, Rhapsody, Laura Edwards, Chuck Maldonado, Mandy Moore, Mike Minery, Mark Goodman, and many more from the dance circuit.  She continues keep up her dance skills by attending workshops and dance conventions such as JUMP, NUVO, MONSTERS OF HIP HOP, and other in-house master classes when not teaching class!

And Brenna is no stranger to the stage as she began performing at the age of three. She grew up dancing with her mother who owned and operated two dancing schools in upstate SC. At the age of 9, she performed with the Furman University Dance Team, and she performed in numerous community events throughout the upstate. In high school, Brenna was picked by an Atlanta production company to dance and promote the re-opening of Greenville Mall. She was very involved with her drama department at school as well. While a member of the group, their Musical Theater piece received a PERFECT SCORE at a competition against other SC schools, a first in the department’s history. Brenna was doubly honored because she helped choreograph the piece!  After high school, Brenna co-choreographed and danced in a production of the popular musical "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" among other notable projects.

Brenna is happily married to her husband Nathan. They have a son, Tyler and a daughter, Braelyn .Her stepdaughter Sierra completes their family! .

Kaitlin Toruk
Instructor & Choreographer - Recreational Program
Assistant Instructor - Competition Program

Kaitlin began her dancing career at the tender age of 5 like most students. Since first setting foot in a dance studio in the suburbs of Detroit, she has pursued her dream of becoming a professinal dancer. Her early years were spent in recreational dance classes at the neighborhood studio until her family relocated to Mooresville NC. At that time, she was invited to join a competition team and began spending much of her time in the dance studio. As a competition dancer, Kaitlin performed in countless group dances as well as a soloist. While jazz and musical theater were her favorite dance styles, she was part of many tap, lyrical and hip hop dances.

After graduation, she continued her training at East Carolina University's School of Theater and Dance, where she earned a BFA in Dance Performance with a concentration is jazz. In addition to the required dance classes, Kaitlin studied composition, choreography and improvisation. Part of her studies included theater classes such as stage scenary, theater managment and acting, too. During her summer breaks, she spent time in NYC attending intensives such as The Pulse, Broadway Dance Center and her favorite, Luigi's Jazz Centre where she met a lot of good friends in the business. Rounding out her college career, she attended the prestigious Amercian College Dance Festival, where students engage in three days of performances, workshops, panels and master classses taught by instructors from around the country.

With her degree in hand, Kaitlin moved to Orlando in May 2012 where she did an 7-month internship at Walt Disney World. As a "Fairy Godmother in Training" (FGIT) at the Biddidi Bobbidi Boutique, she made dreams come true for countless little girls. In addition, she was a parade performer at Universal Studios where she had the distinct pleasure of dancing with Mario Lopez and his darling daughter Gia. In June 2013, she traveled to Montreal, Canada to audition for Cirque du Soleil. She made it through two rounds before being cut, but she said she learned so much and met many new friends. Kaitlin relocated back to NC in 2014, and she will be assisting Brenna with the competition teams and teaching our recreational dance classes.

Her performance experience includes Cedar Point's Sideshow: A Carnival of Magic, 2 summers in Carowinds' Luminate and Tinker's Toy Factory at Winterfest.
